Small Group Personal Training at MegaBox

How Small Group Personal Training could be your answer!

MegaBox Fitness’ Small Group Personal Training courses have been launched this January 2023 and are providing up to 6 people per session with a 45 minute coached session, focusing on improving all areas of physical fitness with the help and support of an experienced Personal Trainer. 

What is Small Group Personal Training?

Small Group Personal Training bridges the gap between independent training and 1-2-1 Personal Training. The sessions offer experienced guidance from one of our coaches, a group of likeminded people to achieve your goals with and finally a reduction in cost compared to 1-2-1 Personal Training. With new equipment having arrived at MegaBox it will also give us even more versatility, enabling us to deliver another variation of training all whilst remaining at the highest quality!

This January we have opened up our timetables for Small Group Personal Training sessions which will be perfect for anyone wanting to benefit from Personal Training within a group environment and hit the ground running straight away in 2023. 

How does it work?

As mentioned previously there will only be 6 people per session which gives us the opportunity to pay close attention to each and every person and offer advice and expertise to help everyone get the most out of their training both safely and effectively.

It may be that you and 5 friends can all commit and train together, or groups could be made up of individuals who will soon form friendships working towards your goals together! We can adjust any element of the sessions to each individual in the group so your experience and fitness levels can be individualised at all times.

What is the Small Group Personal Training Membership?

The Small Group Personal Training membership will include 2 Small Group sessions a week AND an unlimited MegaBox membership (usually £120 for a 12 week period) so you can complement your group sessions with as many additional sessions on the MegaBox circuit as you like! 

The commitment will be for a period of 12 weeks to allow you to find consistency and get the results you want… and more importantly, that will stay with you! 

When are the sessions running?

To start off with, the sessions will be running on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am and 6:15pm both days, as the classes fill up we will add on extra class times to fulfil demand! You will choose from either morning or evening sessions at the start of your membership (this will also be dependent on availability) and these sessions will remain the same over the course of the 12 week period.
