- 6-8 people per group ensures a quality coaching and training environment.

- Suitable for all levels and abilities - the program can be adapted to each persons rate of progress.

- Choose from morning, middle of the day or evening sessions

The Small Group PT membership includes three coached sessions a week and FREE MegaBox membership.
