TEEN MEGABOX

  • Fun sessions for 11-15 year olds based around boxing for Fitness & Strength!

  • Sessions will run on Thursday evenings at 4:30pm for 45 mins through term time.

  • Your child will be signed up for a block of sessions (usually 6 or 7 sessions depending on how the holidays fall)! If joining part way through a block then the payment will be pro rata for the number of sessions left.

  • Classes resume on the 12th of September!

MEGABOX YOUTH ACADEMY

After great success with our first 2 courses we will be restarting the the Youth Training Programme in September!

  • Specific programming geared towards the 15+ age group to provide them with the tools to train safely, get strong & remain injury free!

  • Coaching which will also provide them with the knowledge to be confident in the gym going into adulthood!

  • x2 sessions a week on Mondays & Wednesdays @5pm

  • Only 6 per group so they can get the most out of it!

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Perfectly designed for 15-18 year olds to gain the edge for the season & wanting a performance based approach to training!

  • Benefit from world class coaching and proven results to get stronger, fitter and injury free!
