TEEN MEGABOX
Fun sessions for 11-15 year olds based around boxing for Fitness & Strength!
Sessions will run on Thursday evenings at 4:30pm for 45 mins through term time.
Your child will be signed up for a block of sessions (usually 6 or 7 sessions depending on how the holidays fall)! If joining part way through a block then the payment will be pro rata for the number of sessions left.
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Perfectly designed for 15-18 year olds to gain the edge for the season & wanting a performance based approach to training! During the Summer break!
